Other employees who announced plans to quit on Slack recently cited RTO as the sole reason they found new jobs. She left AWS in July after more than 5 years at the cloud division. "The sheer number of AWS resignations in the last week is stunning," Merritt Baer posted on X on Monday. One of the AWS employees who is leaving had previously complained about RTO on Slack, according to a message viewed by Business Insider.
